Terms of Service

1. General
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the GroupRadar website and related services (the “Service”), operated by the owner of the domain and infrastructure on which the Service is made available (“Provider”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Nature of the Service
GroupRadar is a directory or discovery tool for communities on Telegram and Signal. The Service may run in a demo or beta phase — features, availability, and data may change without prior notice.
3. Accounts and login
Some features (e.g. submitting listings) may require an account. You agree to provide accurate information where required and to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
4. User content (listings)
Users may submit descriptions, invite links, hashtags, and related metadata. You represent that you have the right to publish such content and that it does not violate applicable law or third-party rights. Unlawful, hateful, misleading, or abusive content is prohibited.
The Provider may moderate, hide, or remove listings and suspend accounts for violations of these Terms or applicable law, without refund of any future fees if such fees are introduced.
5. Telegram, Signal, and third parties
Telegram and Signal are independent third-party services. GroupRadar is not affiliated with or endorsed by them. Links may leave the Service; you use third-party services at your own risk and on their terms.
6. Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is”. The Provider strives for reliable operation but does not warrant error-free or uninterrupted access. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Provider is not liable for indirect damages or for content provided by users or third parties.
7. Intellectual property
Software, design, and branding of the Service (except user-submitted content) are protected. You may not copy or exploit them without permission, except where mandatory law allows.
8. Changes
These Terms may be updated. Material changes may be communicated via the Service or email (if we hold your address). Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance unless stated otherwise.
9. Governing law and disputes
Matters not covered here are governed by the laws applicable to the Provider. Courts of competent jurisdiction apply, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your country (e.g. within the EU/UK).
